Testosterone Propionate cycles for beginners
In this article, we will look at beginner cycle options that use Testosterone Propionate (a fast ester). Most beginners don’t choose this ester for their first cycle because they are afraid of injections, and TST P needs to be applied every day or every other day. The advantage of TST P is its relatively fast onset of action compared to TST E or TST C. With a constant dose and administration every other day, TST P reaches a stable blood level after about 7–10 days of use, but even after the first week, you should already notice increased energy, improved mood, a stronger pump effect, and better recovery. The maximum effect is achieved after about 3–4 weeks, when the cycle starts working at full capacity.
Cycle No.1
As the first cycle, we’ll show one using only TST P without any other steroids, which is always the best choice for beginners. The cycle lasts 9 weeks and will of course include HCG to help maintain the production of natural intratesticular testosterone, pregnenolone, and DHEA, which is necessary and very important! It will also include an aromatase inhibitor, specifically Anastrozole, which regulates E2 levels during the cycle — this is essential to prevent possible gynecomastia, avoid sexual function issues caused by increased prolactin levels (which rise only when E2 stays high for too long), and to maintain overall hormonal balance.
1. Testosterone Propionate
The beginner dosage ranges from 50 to 75 mg every other day. You can start at 50 mg and later increase the dose, or maintain either 50 mg or 75 mg for the whole cycle. If you choose 50 mg every other day, your average weekly dose will be 175 mg of TST, which may be too low for some. That’s why most users opt for 75 mg every other day, giving an average weekly dose of 260 mg. For the entire cycle, you will need approximately 850 to 1,300 mg of Testosterone Propionate, so you’ll need to purchase one or two vials of TST Propionate.
2. HCG
It is injected subcutaneously every third day at a dose of 500 IU, using an insulin syringe, which provides a comfortable and painless application in the abdominal area with a thin and short needle. For the entire cycle, you’ll need about 7,000 IU, so it’s necessary to buy two vials of 5,000 IU each. Some of it will unfortunately remain unused.
3. Anastrozole
The aromatase inhibitor is taken every third day at a dose of 0.5 mg. For the entire cycle, you will need 10.5 mg of Anastrozole, so one pack will be enough, and you can use the remaining tablets in your next cycle.

CYCLE NO.2 (Methandienon)
In this cycle, in addition to TST P, we also have an oral AAS, specifically Methandienone, which has a very fast onset of action. After approximately 2–3 days of consistent dosing, a stable Methandienone blood level is reached, and the first noticeable effects – such as initial water retention, slight strength increase, and a pump effect – begin to appear within 4–5 days. The maximum effect occurs approximately 10–14 days after starting use. This cycle is primarily bulking-oriented, as most users will likely retain more water due to the effects of Methandienone.
The recommended daily dosage for beginners is 20 mg (split into 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the evening) or 30 mg per day (10 mg in the morning, 10 mg in the afternoon, and 10 mg in the evening). For the entire cycle, you will need a total of 840 to 1,250 mg of Methandienone, depending on whether you take 20 or 30 mg daily. You’ll need to purchase 100 or 150 tablets, each containing 10 mg.
Aside from Methandienone, this cycle is identical to the first one, meaning HCG and Anastrozole are used in the same doses. Therefore, based on the description in the first cycle, you already know how much HCG and Anastrozole you’ll need, as it’s explained there in detail.

Cycle No.3 (Stanozole)
In this cycle, in addition to TST P, we also have an oral AAS, specifically Stanozolol, which has a relatively fast onset of action. After approximately 3 days of consistent dosing, a stable Stanozolol blood level is reached, and the first noticeable effects – increased muscle hardness and slight strength gains – begin to appear after 5–6 days. The maximum effect occurs approximately 14 days after starting use.
The recommended daily dosage for beginners is 20 mg (split into 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the afternoon) or 30 mg per day (split into 15 mg in the morning and 15 mg in the evening). For the entire cycle, you will need a total of 840 to 1,250 mg, depending on whether you take 20 or 30 mg of Stanozolol daily. You’ll need to purchase 100 or 150 tablets, each containing 10 mg.
Aside from Stanozolol, this cycle is identical to the first one, meaning HCG and Anastrozole are used in the same doses. Therefore, based on the description in the first cycle, you already know how much HCG and Anastrozole you’ll need, as it’s explained there in detail.

Cycle No.4 (Oxandrolone)
In this cycle, in addition to TST P, we also have an oral AAS, specifically Oxandrolone, which has a mild but steady onset of action. After approximately 3–4 days of consistent use, a stable Oxandrolone blood level is achieved, and the first noticeable effects – gradual strength increase and improved muscle definition – begin to appear after about 7 days of use. The maximum effect occurs approximately 14 days after starting use.
The recommended daily dosage for beginners is 30 mg (split into 15 mg in the morning and 15 mg in the evening) or 40 mg per day (20 mg in the morning and 20 mg in the evening). For the entire cycle, you will need a total of 1,260 to 1,680 mg, depending on whether you take 30 or 40 mg of Oxandrolone daily. You will need to purchase either 150 or 200 tablets, each containing 10 mg.
Aside from Oxandrolone, this cycle is identical to the first one, meaning HCG and Anastrozole are used in the same doses. Therefore, based on the description in the first cycle, you already know how much HCG and Anastrozole you’ll need, as it’s explained there in detail.

Cycle No.5 (Turinabole)
In this cycle, in addition to TST P, we also have an oral AAS, specifically Turinabol, which has a slower but steady onset of action. With consistent dosing, a stable blood level is reached after approximately 4–5 days, and the first noticeable effects – such as increased muscle strength and improved muscle hardness – can be felt after about 10 days. The maximum effect occurs after approximately 3 weeks of use.
The recommended daily dosage for beginners is 30 mg (split into 15 mg in the morning and 15 mg in the evening) or 40 mg per day (20 mg in the morning and 20 mg in the evening). For the entire cycle, you will need a total of 1,260 to 1,680 mg, depending on whether you take 30 or 40 mg of Turinabol daily. You will need to purchase either 150 or 200 tablets, each containing 10 mg.
Aside from Turinabol, this cycle is identical to the first one, meaning HCG and Anastrozole are used in the same doses. Therefore, based on the description in the first cycle, you already know how much HCG and Anastrozole you’ll need, as it’s explained there in detail.
